Some Oregon nightclubs, bars, taverns and other licensed premises that are open until 2:00 or 2:30 a.m. gain an extra hour of alcohol sales this Sunday, when Daylight Saving Time ends. These same businesses lost a half hour of liquor sales last March when Daylight Saving Time began.
