Election Day is Tuesday, November 2, 2010.
In Oregon, alcohol sales are not restricted on Election Day. Liquor stores are open, operating as usual during their normal business hours.
Please call your local liquor store to determine their normal operating hours. Phone numbers are available at the OLCC’s Web site.

Why would they be?
ReplyDeleteJonathan - Kentucky and South Carolina ban the sale of alcohol at restaurants, bars and package stores on Election Day. West Virginia doesn't allow the sale of alcohol at package stores on Election Day. Alaska and Massachusettes also ban Election Day alohol sales, except local governments are authorized to provide an exemption from the ban.
